Nakambale Mission House

Nakambale Mission is the house in which Rautanen lived from 1893, until his death in 1926. The museum displays items from the Finnish Mission Station and Ovambo history and culture. The exhibits inform one about old missionary architecture, the Rautanen family, Olukonda, Owambo culture, the development of the church, the missionary life, political history of Ovamboland and the kings of the North.
